All counselling and personnel projects and tasks are dealt with regard to the specific needs of the client.

All counselling projects include:

After an initial meeting with a client, a contract is written up, which defines the project's framework rules.

After staff search and selection is an order is written up, which defines:

  1. Job description (description of the main tasks and responsibilities)
  2. Competence model of the job position
  3. Selection criteria
  4. Assumed salary and other benefits
  5. Assumed starting date
  6. Name of the contact person who deals on behalf of the client

Order form

After the pre-selection Specialist Service recommends to the client the most suitable candidates and passes on to the client:

  1. Curriculum Vitae without identification data
  2. Pre-interview report, which contains information about the candidate's motivation, required competences, required salary, possible starting date etc.; the report is also written up in English in case of a foreign client.
  3. An appendix to the contract, which contains:
    • List of recommended candidates
    • Suggested salary

Performance terms:

The performance terms are set at all service types after an agreement with a client and they reflect the client's requirements and expectations.
In the case of staff search and selection, the majority of personnel tasks are dealt with within 4 weeks.
The performance terms depend on the chosen type of searching and also on the type of the actual position.

Guarantee

Professional and individual approach of the Specialist Service consultants warrants the maximum quality in fulfilling all personnel tasks and projects. For staff search and selection the standard guarantee is set at 3 months. This corresponds to the fee division into 2 partial fulfilments. If there is contract dissolution with a candidate during probation period due to gross misconduct or due to an insufficient work performance, Specialist Service commits to find a new candidate. According to the character of the searched for position the guarantee can be negotiated differently from the defined standard.

According to the Code of Conduct, Specialist Service, Ltd. does not address the recommended candidates (after their placement in the company) for at least 2 years with other job opportunities.

Service fees

The fee is defined according to individual products and depends on the character and extent of the consultancy service. The fee is contractual and corresponds with the common practice in consultancy area.

In the case of staff search and selection the fee is derived from a double mounthly salary from the assumed annual gross income of the candidate in the searched position + VAT. The salary is divided into 2 partial fulfilments. The first partial fulfilment is 50 % of the contracted salary and it is invoiced on the starting date of the chosen candidate. The second partial fulfilment is invoiced on the end date of the candidate's probation period.

Initial fee for TOP Managers search It covers costs linked with the search of managers, mainly using the executive search method. It is 20.000 Czech crowns and is invoiced upon presentation of the selected candidates' materials to the client. In the case of a candidate's work commencement, the initial fee is deducted from the contracted fee (double salary from the assumed annual gross income of the candidate in the searched position).
If the client wishes to do during a specific selection also organisation and management of behavioural interviews, the client will get this service for a discounted fee, which is 5.000 Czech crowns + VAT. It also includes testing the candidates according to Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Individual type descriptions are given upon request also in English.
